How refund requests are handled.
Requesting a refund
- Refund requests can be submitted from your Billing area. You will be asked to provide the transaction reference, package purchased and reason.
- Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We do not promise automatic refunds.
Refund statuses
- Submitted · Under review · Approved · Partially approved · Declined · Refunded.
