Service
- SA Credit Assist provides educational credit-report analysis, dispute-management tools and related resources for South African consumers.
- We are not a credit bureau, law firm or registered debt-counselling service.
No guarantees
- We do not guarantee the removal of credit information, a higher credit score, financing approval, a home loan, vehicle finance, funding or any specific outcome.
- Accurate negative information cannot be removed simply because it negatively affects a credit profile.
User obligations
- You may only upload credit reports that belong to you or that you are legally authorized to manage.
- Disputes must only be submitted for information you genuinely believe is inaccurate, incomplete, duplicated, outdated or not yours.
- Submitting false identity-theft claims or knowingly false disputes may have legal consequences.
